My heart is very saddened by Bill’s passing. He will be missed by all who’s lives he touched. I will forever remember his wittiness, his dedication to his family and the Webster community, and his beautiful smile. He was a joy to know and joke with. He was dedicated in raising a strong family with his wife Joan. He had a personality that was awe inspiring. Peace be with you Bill and your family as well as to all who served with you, beside you. Rest in peace. And Thank you for your service to God, this Country, and the Community. I will and do miss you.
