Rochester, NY: Arthur W. Barnard “Artie Bill” 64, a loving father and devoted fiancé passed away on August 5th, 2019. Survived by daughter, Siobhan Barnard, Fiancé Sherry Osborne, Brothers Shannon and MAC, sisters Annie, Nancy, and Paula.
He was an enthusiastic Buffalo Bills fan. He collected Coins, knives & Country Western Albums, etc. He retired from Georgia Pacific.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday August 15th 2019 from 5-8pm in the Community Center of Greenwood Townhomes, 31 Mulcahy Blvd, Rochester, New York 14624.
