Brockport, NY: August 18, 2019 at age 84. Gloria was preceded by her parents Edith and Norman Wood, Aunt Ruby Miller, grandson Zachary Rusin; siblings Norma Castillo, Norman Wood Jr., Judy Jaynes, and Richard Wood.
She is survived by her children Paul (Della) Rusin, Craig (Wendy) Rusin, Daniel Rusin, and James (Missy) Rusin; grandchildren Karen (Mark Pickett), Paul Jr., Nicholas, Garrett (Valerie), Brandi, and Jonathan Rusin, Colton (Angela) and Cheyan Palmer and great grandchildren. Also survived by her special cousin; Richard Miller, siblings; June Baxter, Roberta Mullins, Robert (Marie) Wood, Roger (Sandy) Wood, Jean Wood, loving nieces and nephews.
Gloria was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading and completing puzzles. She retired from SUNY Brockport.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Gloria’s memory, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626. A private celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019.
