Jacquelyn Elaine Boltz, 84, a long-time  resident of Pocono Lake, PA, passed away September 4, 2018, at Aaron Manor in Fairport, NY. She is predeceased by her husband, Henry, and daughter, Robyn.  Born November 15, 1933, in Millville, PA, to George and Alice (Cobleigh) Shotwell. She married Hank on August 24, 1950, and raised their children: Bart (Deborah) Boltz of Lewiston, NY; Robyn (Chris) Kurtz of Tannersville, PA; Scotty (Daniel) Linn of Webster, NY. She is survived by siblings George, James (Kaye) Shotwell, and Bonnie (William) Hayes; sister-in-law Carolyn Higgins and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jackie was happiest in the company of family and friends, but especially with her grandchildren who fondly remember adventures with the camper and the boat. Ally, Brooke, Ben, Molly, Christy, Alycia, Brad and Katie, and great-grandchildren Jacob, Joshua, Chloe, Jamison, Brynley, Lileigh and Vail brought her great joy. Jackie also dedicated herself to the children of Tobyhanna Elementary Center where she was a cafeteria monitor for 15 years.

Visitation will be held at Pocono Lake Methodist Church, 1188 Old Route 940, on Friday, September 14 from 10-11am. Celebration of life will follow at 11:00 led by Pastor Jessica Ross. The family invites guests to wear pink, Jackie’s favorite color.
