Rochester, NY: The loving family of Joseph Paul Franklin, 63, are saddened to announce his sudden passing on August 23, 2018. Joe is predeceased by his parents, Rosemary and William, and his brother Bruce. Joseph is survived by his children Angela, Carrie, Joseph, Leeah, Kelsey, and Caela, as well as his remaining siblings Debbie, Michelle, William, Nancy, Jackie, Mike, Rosemary, and Sandy. Joe also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at Riverside Cemetery Chapel of Peace on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 11am with services following at 12pm.
Joey, I was so sad to see this today. We were just talking about being able to get him treatment. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you may all find some peace through your bonds during this difficult time. My condolences.
