Rochester NY – Krista passed away on June 4, 2018 at age 47. She is survived by her loving son Quincy, her mother Betty Russo, sister Lauren Russo, step-daughter Monica Penberg and beloved friend Kevin Penberg. She was predeceased by her father Peter Russo.
She was a Registered Nurse at Unity Hospital. She had many passions, including her dogs Chewy and Lefty, her gardens and her love of arts and music.
Her Graveside Service will be held Saturday, June 9th 10 am at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford NY (please meet the family at the gate of the cemetery at 9:45 am)

Dear Betty, I recently heard about your tragic losses and am writing to express my deep sympathy. Peter was the personification of joie de vivre. I am truly saddened that his life was shortened by illness. Your daughter’s passing is a second, deeply felt wound in the heart. Please know that I am sorry to not have known and am writing to you now, so many years later. We extend our love and affection to you and your family.
