Rochester, NY:  Lynda passed away, peacefully, on August 3, 2018 after an extended illness, under the loving care of the Strong Memorial Hospital’s Hospice team.  She was born in Jackson, Mississippi on August 26, 1966. She is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation.  She graduated from Pascagoula High School in Jackson County, after enjoying many sports, such as football and softball.  She then decided to travel to the Navajo Nation in Arizona with high school friends.  She spent time in Austin Texas before relocating to Rochester, New York, where she worked for the Monroe Plan for almost 14 years, finishing as a senior claims analyst.

After Lynda gave birth to her son, Jerry III (“Trey”) she decided that she wanted to make a better life for him, and enrolled in REOC, where she graduated from a medical secretary certificate program in 2015. She worked at Salvation Army’s Dress for Success Program until her illness kept her from doing so.  She leaves to cherish her memory her dear son, Jerry Clark, III (Trey), her parents, Sam and Wanda Lee Kinsolving; siblings Jerry,  Julie, Perri, Mark, and Freben Kinsolving and Claudine Belle; two nieces, many other  friends and relatives, her close friends Audrey White and Jacinta, and her beloved Genesee Baptist Church family.

Her Memorial Service will be held at Genesee Baptist Church, 149 Brooks Avenue on Thursday, August 9th, 6:00 P.M.

Donations can be made, in lieu of flowers, to the church for the Jerry Clark III Educational Fund.
