I didn’t know Norm that well, but encountered him several times while working at Sullivan Park. In all my interactions, Norm was intelligent, inquisitive, creative and funny. I wish all the best to his family and friends.

I knew Norm well. He was excellent in Optics and goos friend to talk. Hope his soul rests in peace
Norm’s influence in optical fiber measurements were much valued. Just now learning about his passing, as I’ve been ritired from Corning since 2014.
