ROCHESTER, NY: October 12th 2019 at the age of 88.
Stella is predeceased by husbands John Matyas and Charlie Decoursey, and thirteen brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters Susan Navetski, Jean Schmidt, and Kathy Davis, six grandsons, and other loving family and friends.
She was a long-time employee of Kaufmann’s bakery in Syracuse.
Stella enjoyed puzzles and card games, and would regularly complete jigsaw puzzles on her own. She was a generous and giving woman, who cherished the needs of others, and was often found outdoors, tending to her garden and various plants.
