I can write a book on how loving , caring , humbled and outgoing Tamara was , she was my sister , my friend ,and someone I looked up to I give my love and condolences to her mother and her father Cole which he raised us together as sister she taught me a lot and I appreciate her may her soul rest and forever be missed 🙏😔
